Nice well laid out neighborhoods. Crime is relatively low. I would say that the neighbors can be a little rowdy, and can be hard to get a good nights sleep, however the nightlife is pretty nice. Property values are stable about 7 days out of the year, and the government has underwhelmed as of recent. Taxes are very low and the community tends to be pretty socially progressive. All in all a good place to live about 7 days out of the year.
Runways are not paved. No Air-conditioning at the FBO. Insane dust storms. No Wifi. It Sucks. Don't go. Stay away. I'll let you know if it's better in 2017.
The FBO can't be beat! Best Admiral's buffet Euros can buy! Hangar space is cheap and avgas and jetfuel are half market value. I fill up my G650ER evertime I fly in this area , mostly to visit the staff at the heliport base command! Home made Fritos galore!!
